The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the amount of the first 2 nights of the stay, to be paid within the terms indicated at the time of booking.
The balance of the total amount of the stay must be paid at check-in.
Pursuant to Article 1385 of the Civil Code, the sum paid is considered a confirmation deposit.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival date, with a full refund of the deposit paid.
In case of cancellation after this deadline:
The deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of:
no-show
early departure
the full amount of the booked stay will be due.
Any refunds will be made within 7 business days using the same payment method used.
